Ordering and payments

For ordering in the Hydroparts webshop you will need a customer account which can be requested here. After receiving your information we will perform a few checks and create an account for you. Your login details will be sent by email so you can log in to the Hydroparts webshop. Your own account is providing the following benefits:

• You will see the price and stock of the products.
• You will see the price including your discount percentage.
• You will see an overview of your previous orders.
• You can create your own favorite lists.
• You will see your Payment Terms.

Checkout in the webshop

It is not possible to pay online for your order(s) in the webshop. When you place an order in the webshop it will be sent to the Sales department. They ensure the correct processing of your order and also ensure that it is shipped or can be collected.
