Electric motors
Many hydraulic systems are driven by an electric motor. We have a very complete range of electric motors. Electric motors are available from stock. Among other things, we can supply the following engines to you; DC motors, 12, 24 and 48 Volt to 10,000 Watt 1 phase AC motors, 230 Vac. up to 3.0 kW 3 phase AC motors, 400/690 Vac. up to 315 kW
Drive couplings
Drive couplings are often used to drive the pump with an electric motor. Oudshoorn hydraulics therefore has a wide range of couplings available from stock. Aluminum drive couplings are often used in installations with limited power transfer. Steel drive couplings are used for larger capacities. Oudshoorn hydraulics always has drive couplings for powers from 0.18 kW to 110 kW available from stock.
AC Solenoid Valve Coils Various connector types, powers and voltages Facilitates compact assemblies All common AC voltages Rated power Various types of plugs With optional protection diode
Protection class IP65 / IP67 / IP69K The slip-on coils can be replaced without opening the hydraulic envelope and can be positioned at any angle of 360°. 360°. In combination with the right core
tube, the coils produce an on/off magnet function or a proportional magnet function. The wide variety of connector types and voltages make these coils suitable for widespread use in mobile and industrial applications. This
coils are very flexible in use, an advantage that is further enhanced by different power ratings and an optional protection diode. The coil jacket and plug base are glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic. Plug type according to DIN EN 175301-803 Direct current DC Alternating current AC (40...60Hz) All plug types except DIN EN 175301-803 (DC) Without protective diode With bipolar protective diode
ATTENTION!
Protection of AC solenoid coils. The rectifier built into the coil can be damaged by high voltage peaks. To avoid destroying AC coils, a socket with integrated power varistor is recommended.
IMPORTANT!
For solenoid coils with integrated rectifier and for solenoid coils without protection diode and for solenoid coils with bipolar protection diode, the two power supply connections (UN) can be interchanged.
NB!
Coils with a bipolar protection diode: To protect the diode in the coil against overvoltage and overcurrent, the corresponding data for these diodes must be observed!

Nowadays it is increasingly important to be able to operate hydraulic installations and machines in a controlled manner. For example, proportional controls and controls have become an indispensable part of the world of hydraulics. We have a wide range for correct control of every machine.
